Last night I had a series of odd dreams. In the last portion my youngest son and I were walking through a strange and new subdivision. I was walking and he was riding on some motorized contraption that I was guiding along with one hand. The subdivision was lavish. The streets were white brick, the houses were brick and enormous. It's name was Ireland ... there was a large stone sign with the name at the entrance and each home had a green four leaf clover sign. There were ornate water fountains throughout and my son kept riding around and through some that came out of the ground. We were marveling at it all and it seemed to be a peaceful time. We continued down the path and around a turn it ended into a swimming pool. I didn't realize it but I pushed the contraption and my son into the water. ( he can not swim) The water was clear and clean and I saw him float down. I quickly brought him up to the surface and as I was comforting him I told him the next time he was in the water to just relax. He said 'really?' as if he trusted and believed me. It hit me at that moment that it was bad advice I gave him because if he relaxed and did nothing he would not survive. I was trying to make the correct words/advice come out to him as I woke. Any ideas??

Hi hopeful
At first your dream put a smile on my face because you dreamed of Ireland. I was in Ireland till January this year and it is a lovely country. I just went back to South Africa to go on pension where my kids are.
Green is the colour of hope, so is the clover a symbol of hope.
Clean water is a sign for spiritual baptism and it seems you doing something drastically (like pushing him)to help your son the be spiritually reborn.
Telling him to relax in the clean water was hence logical from a spiritual point of view, but your human side did not catch on to it and reacted human.
All in all, this is a beautiful dream, so nothing to worry about!
