Now I must mention that for some time now Iīve felt like I was "not alone", even with noone around. Now, I very often feel energies surrounding me, bouncing off of me and the like, but this, this felt "personal" or rather "individual".
The symptoms were much much stronger than usual, humming in my solar plexus, vibrating of my crown chakra, light pressure on the temples and tingle of my temporal lobes and third eye. In fact for some moments during the day (long moments) I felt an intense activation of the chakras surrounding my head, and my solar chakra, and usually starting with that very strong feeling like there was an electric current stroking my neck.

It didn`t scare me, cause I know all these symptomes, though usally they are much less frequent, much less intense and not ALL SIMULTANEOUSLY.
They are very pleasant though, even though more than a little distracting.

So that is the first preliminary story.
The second is that Iīve been sort of meditating yesterday. I wasn`t even deeply in meditative trance, I just closed my eyes, fully awake, and saw that visual. I mean, I saw it with my third eye, but it was a very clear visual. And I was in a big room with a large window and an awesome view across the Pacific Ocean. Don`t ask me how I knew it was the Pacific Ocean, I have never been there. I just knew and the view was stunning. I could even HEAR the serene sound of the waves crashing, and SMELL that the air was just a little bit saltier than it is here, where I actually AM. Also,the night had already fallen here in Germany, but it was clearly day in my visualization, Iīd say early to late morning.
I then noticed a man sitting at a desk, playing a computergame. A big oak desk, though the wood was of lighter colour, than the oak desks I had seen so far. A big comfortable leatherchair, that was squeaking a bit when he moved. Oh and the man was wearing a navyblue button-down-shirt. No cue why I noticed that.
In fact I have no clue why my mind displayed all these details so vividly.
And I had not even been in a deep trance state, more Alpha than Theta - at least I thought so!

Well a short while later I disconnected. It felt like I did it deliberately, and sort of "came back".

Several hours later I was lying down to go to sleep; there had been this smooth electric current around me all day long, but at that point - an I was still awake, not dreaming- it got so overwhelmingly strong. It was like there wasectricity cursing through every cell of me. And my skin felt, well, you know how it is if someone touches you likely or you are sensing some static, it makes your skin tingle, and my usual reaction is to scratch me or firmly touch my cheek or arm, to reduce that "electric static feeling".
I guess it must be some kind of intuitive grounding ritual.
But this time that tingling sensation was so strong, and it lasted a while, and actually I "remembered" (with that I mean a sensory memory, like you suddenly feel like you can sense someone`s energy around you, just as if they were near you, in your space; it is so difficult to explain, but I hope you understand) that man from the visualization before. I didnīt see him of course, but the very unique make up of his energy, so totally strongly there. And then all of a sudden it was like something in my forehead, my third eye exploded in an extremely bright but warm white golden light.
And the thing is there was nothing else but this. I didn`t know who I was, where I was, what was going around there. The only thing that existed was this white-golden energy, that somehow came out of me, almost like something inside me was opened.
And then I must have fallen asleep, though it didn`t feel like this, but several minutes later it was like I "came back" from floating in some dark space. But a very pleasant feeling, the darkness was not scary. It was just, it was not like I was anywhere where solid matter existed, and I actually felt extremely replenished and exhilarated and warm inside. And then I really fell asleep (and was dreaming of walking up stairs in a hotel, that actually was a cathedral; and I remember looking up to this awesome amazing beautiful ceiling of the cathedral; and in another part of the dream I was in my old youth-room in the house of my parents. And there was a vase that had been broken and releasing its fragrance, water I guess, cause the floor was wet - and okay, why do I all of a sudden feel these innocent dreams should be x-rated? lol ).

Anyway, I am just stumped as to what that was, especially the white-golden light. It just felt so awesome and blissful, actually it felt like "home".

Has anyone ever experienced something like that? What was it?

The first one symbolizes your personal elevation from something common (hotel) to something uncommon (cathedral), from something mundane to something spiritual. It reflects the crossing over from one energy level to another, or from a lower vibration to a higher one. The "awesome amazing beautiful ceiling of the cathedral" is a wonderful symbolic reflection of your third eye perception of your crown chakra.

The other part reflects energy being released (release of fragrance) from your "old self" (old youth-room/parent's house/vase), and yes, much of the symbolism (vase/release of fragrance/wet) has a dual, sexual connotation. This is very appropriate because the experience you had is often compared to sexual or orgasmic energy, only more refined and intense.

Make sense?

As for your actual experiences, all I can say is, wow, what a very cool thing! There is very little me or anyone else can say that can verify it or confirm it or explain it. This is something that must simply be experienced. Opening of energy centers/chakras? Certainly. Vibrations, electric currents, exploding warm white golden light? You bet! Exhilarating, replenishing no-space kind of place? Been there. What you experienced is a raising of vibrations.

I love the way in which you have described this experience because I know how hard it is to describe it at all.

The man you perceived in the experience is interesting. I cannot say why or how he is a part of it, except that perhaps you were sharing some sort of energy/vibration level/frequency, or resonating in some way. I wonder if he has anything to do with the man from one of your past dreams, the one you helped in a park? Don't know, just a thought.

Anyone else with experience like this?

I had two such experiences one of which was a dream. They had me shaken, one with joy and little confusion and the other with a little fear and more confusion. I am almost always confused with them. Virgo Moon. So you can understand how such a person will feel as these experiences and dreams cannot, most often, be analysed and categorised fully.

I started having dreams/visions/meditative trances etc in 2009. I wrote a lot down, hoping to make sense of them, and sometimes later would, but usually not until the moment I needed to. Often it's like a heart/chakra 'spiritual op' is happening and now I just love it and go with it because good always comes. healing. light. if we feel great and love and joy is increasing then all is well. <3

I noticed more and more since late 2011, as the different waves of energy come through, people are opening more and more to their own energy and also different dimensional energies - very exciting - and those who don't seem to struggle at such times.
