Hi there, I have had some terrible things happen in my life recently and it is effecting everything about my life plus my dreams. My Dad died about 2 months ago, unexpectedly. I was working at a job that I wasn't completely thrilled about and was in the process of looking for a new one, my Dad up until his death had wanted me to look for a new job as well because he felt I wasn't working for a good company. My job was also far away from home. When he died I had to come home and have been left to deal with everything and have a lot of depression and anxiety over it all. My doctor has put me on stress leave and know to explain the dream. In my own life I have been thinking about leaving my job and moving closer to home so I can look after my Dad's property and house. In the dream I was at the hospital filling out my insurance forms trying to get coverage for leave, when boss came along to talk about my stress leave. He pinned me down and sat on my chest and arms and I was unable to move or even breath. I woke up from my dream because of the difficulty with breathing. What would this dream happen to mean? Hello itsy  I am sorry to hear about your loss and your troubles. There is a great deal of stress upon you.  Your dream is a perfect reflection of the anxiety, the stress, the weight of the world pressing down on you. Indeed, this weight makes it difficult to breathe. Hang in there.  IP: Logged | |
