SO here goes.

I have alot of dreams sometimes they come true sometimes they don't.

But they are extremely real and vivid. To me it's like living another life at the same time. And I sorta believe that we are spiritual beings and flesh is the only difference in this current realm. But ultimately after having this dream I had a thought that when you dream about someone. Their soul is contacting you. And you are together in the dream.

Do you think its possible?

I couldn't by any other way describe or make sense of these strong emotions I experienced in the dream.

Its like I couldn't put what I felt into words, like it was a language we spoke to each other.

I'm not sure if I should post what I dreamed. Maybe it won't come out right.

But here it is.

I was in a grey room and there was a table with as I walked into the room a man sat on a chair next to the table.

He looked at me and smiled. He asked me about myself and I replied. There was an immediate sparkle.

I then took him to my house which I built with my own hands. And it was a round room. With a bed in it. I invited him inside, and this is the part that's difficult to explain.

As we were together I felt the most intense feelings I couldnt even begin imagine feeling them in real life. It wasnt about my soulmate. but he make me feel alive.

Maybe though, your dream isn't from another soul you're connected to in some way, but you realising you 'can' have that exasperated, overwhelming, incredible loving feeling, all on your own.

It is absolutely possible, and it happens. What you described as feeling in your "dream" sounds very much like what happens when two astral entities "merge" with one another. There is an energy exchange that really cannot be adequately described.
