Is there any significance in this? There was a guy in my dream (caucasian with dark brown hair if I remember correctly) and we were in this class and he wrote his name on a board and it spelled marius. I then asked him how he pronounced it and then I wrote my own name on a board.

The significant things I remember about this dream are:

-His name (don't know any maruis' in my life)

- The boards that we used were little whiteboards the same kind I use in my french class at school

- We were in a "new" building but I'm pretty sure it was my accounting classroom

- He and some other kids came from the "old" school

- It seemed like a rainy/stormy day

- We all watched the "old" school be torn down through the window

Any ideas? On what this could mean? Also I looked up the name marius and it has a roman orgin meaning "From the God mars", "Sea", or "Male".

The old school being torn down while watching sounds like a transition where you're shedding parts of yourself. Maybe the way you were taught is no longer valid and you have to find a different way of learning.

Hello Chiemi

I agree with birdy about some kind of transition, perhaps from one level of knowledge or lessons to another. But the name, I am unsure. I can't help but to think in terms of Lexigrams, after all we are in LindaLand. I see some interesting stuff in the name ... could it have any relevance? Try it and see what you think.

What is your relationship status?

Sorry I'm responding late!

Could going to college be a symbol for that transition?

And I've been single for the past two years but I have been thinking about getting myself out there and being in a relationship lately. How do lexigrams work?

Going to college can definitely be a symbol for tansition.

Take a look at the lexigram forum and you'll see what I mean.

The young man in "Les Miserables" is called Marius (as was some Roman politician and soldier).

Maybe you heard that somewhere?
