So, my grandfather passed away yesterday. Last night I dreamt he was still in the hospital room and he apologized to me for dying but he was too tired to stay. He said that everyone loved all of us where he was (I don't know if he was referring to literally everyone or just our family. During the dream, it felt like he was referring to our family.) And he said people from World War II loved us too. I told him I loved him and he was the best poppop anyone could've hoped to have and he started to cry and I woke up.

I don't really need much interpretation, other than the WWII reference. There's no one in my family that has any link to WWII that I know of, so I was wondering if that's symbolic for anything? Do you think this really could have been him talking to me from the other side? I have felt very at peace with his death since I woke up today whereas yesterday I was up and down all day.

Any thoughts/input/comments/anything will be appreciated!

Lol. :/ I can't find any link at all between my grandfather and WWII. Other than him being born the same year the war started, and that's grasping at straws. I'll probably spend the rest of my life wondering if that was actually him trying to communicate with me. :/

I would say that he was most definitely speaking to you. The world war II might be his family before he was born? Since he was born the year it started. Or maybe he was supposed to go or even knew someone who did and they just wanted you and him to know that he reached the other side safely and they would/will/are watching you. Since you feel at peace he was saying his 'last' goodbyes.

I am sorry for your loss. What i feel is he was just saying 'Bye See ya! as Debby has put. At times when we are deeply connected to the ones who pass we get some msg in some form specially dreams to show us that they are just fine or not. It is just to let us know and put our mind to rest.

Id like to confirm that he was most definitely speaking with you from the other side, I do feel his reference to everyone loving from where he was is not the family here but to all who are on the otherside, and I feel he's refering to a degree of what we percieve as an unforgiveable act during wwII, he is confirming that even those of that time love all who are here. Like jesus said to love all, he's relaying the same message to you...are you holding something against someone? A buried pain or something? He could be telling you to let go of pain because in the end all that matters is the love. It is good to be at peace and im glad you have it! I hope this helps!

Thank you everyone for your input! I'm 100% certain it is him because my other grandfather actually passed away two weeks after he did and the night before it happened he visited me in my dreams again and told me it would.
