I believe I was swimming in a pool and was living in NYC with 2 roommates. There was black gigantic rats everywhere and everyone an I started running around screaming and I think one even jumped into the pool with me.

Then I remember laying down with my roommates in a bed and I was pretending to be asleep so I can hear what they were talking about and they were talking about moving in together somewhere else and totally excluding me. Then I tried moving or waking up to hint them that I was awake to see what they would say. It actually felt like it was really really real. I was awake and so since I was pretending to sleep I tried waking up but couldn't move and so I just kept forcing myself to try to rollover or something but it was so hard to get up it was like my soul was somewhere else so therefore my body couldn't move. Then when I actually managed to move and stand up from the bed I was back in my real room and woke up. It was so odd.
What this like some sort of OBE? It felt really strange.

Hi Virgo,

Anything going on in your life you are not taking appropriate action on? (Pretending to be asleep) Who are the 'rats' in your life? Is there something you distrust? It would be most likely related to groups/people you associate with. About what area in life you have a nagging feeling that it is not all it seems to be?

NYC would give you a clue. Is this city work related to you for example? Or finance related? What comes to mind first when you think of it? Or are you maybe getting ready for getting into 'the rat race' and are a bit worried about that? Entering that new phase of life where there's no other option than to 'jump in' that pool. Even though you don't know what to expect which can be frightening.

Later edit: I forgot the paralyzing in your dream. I relate that to taking action also. What is paralyzing for you? In which situation you feel powerless?

Just some thoughts and questions that came to mind when I read your post. Hope it helps a bit to determine what the dream was about and love to hear what you think
