I had a dream about my former husband last night. It was a weird one. I cannot remember most of it, but what I can remember is that we were together again and I felt this strange, heavy sense of relief and happiness. I kept seeing his face, and he had on a blue shirt. I even think I moved back to his native country. But overall, it was a good feeling. I woke up with a strange sense of goodness, if that makes any sense. It's hard to explain. To be honest, I am tired of dreaming of him. I feel that I am over him, the bitterness of the divorce/breakup, and I really want to move on. Granted, I still love him, and miss him at times, but the reality is that we will never speak or see each other again, and I am okay with that. I just want to move on and find the love that I deserve and to someday have a family of my own. It's funny, my mother brought him up in a conversation we were having and she said we will see each other again, and I laughed. I really just want to move on. but these dreams are frustrating me to no end. Help! IP: Logged |

Hi, I actually think you came to terms with it in your dreams also (you put him back in his 'native country'). Also the blue shirt he was wearing points that out (seeing the truth of the situation). So your dream is actually underlining what you are stating. For me it doesn't mean in any way that you will be going back to that situation. It is just showing you closure of this episode of life. That is why you felt the sense of goodness when you woke. Edit; blue is also a healing colour by the way. Which fits in with your dream perfectly. Hope this helps  IP: Logged |

Hello bella taurus I agree with Twirl in that the dream does seem to reflect that you have made a good deal of progress healing from the relationship, especially concerning the good feelings, relief and happiness. However, I also feel the dream indicates that there is still unfinished emotional business to be worked through. In my view, if you were healed of the matter, these dreams would not recur as they do. Blue can symbolize healing and intuition, but it can also represent a wide range of emotional energies, energies still attached to your ex (wearing blue shirt). Waking up with "a strange sense of goodness" is certainly a positive sign that healing is being done, but the dream itself suggests that your subconscious is still working it out. You will probably dream of him for a while yet, but perhaps this dream is an indication that an end is soon coming.  IP: Logged |
