I left my home and went to my friend's trailer house. (She lives in a different town irl) And I wanted to spend time with her but she was being rude and an a-hole, ignoring me for another friend. She went to the kitchen so I just hopped into her bed and wanted to just be alone and upset. Then her little sisters started bugging me, they're 12 and 10 year olds. The younger one was taking my shoes and I finally had enough and got up to find my shoes totally ruined. They were one of each from different pairs. (Moccasins and normal boot shoes) They took the shoe laces from both and the shoes looked pretty destroyed. I got FURIOUS and went up to my friend and started scolding her about how bad her little sisters behave. In my dream, I wanted to YELL SO BAD! AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS! But I couldn't.. instead my voice was like under my breathe with an angry tone.
I woke up while I was scolding her infuriated! My heart was racing really fast and I felt like punching something.

In real life I can't release all my anger because I know it would be like a volcano-earthquake so I kind of seal it sometimes (Mars in 8th).
