It starts with me , in my car , with my driver brother and boyfriend , on my way to a really fancy party , along the way I can see a lot of events , not actual parties but venues that are decorated with different themes , it's vague but I can mostly remember seeing huge drapes across trees.
we pass by all of them , and then our car stops at the foot of a hill ,suddenly I'm not in party clothes , I get off and begin ascending the hill , my boyfriend stays in the car , and I'm climbing up the hill that turns into a mountain , along the way my two dogs a Labrador and a Siberian husky accompany me ,
My lab is a sniffer and she's busy investigating the bushes and rocks and caves , and my husky is just leaping up several rocks at a time .
Suddenly I can't see my lab anywhere in sight , and it's just me and husky climbing for a while ,
Suddenly we come across some other mountaineer , a woman and her 3 children
Who ask me why I abandoned my lab
I'm confused as to what she's talking about
So she points to the bottom of the mountain to a camp site
She takes me down there , and that's when I see my lab , small and frail like she's dying .
The woman tells me that my dog has a deadly disease that is spreading rapidly across the area that I need to give her a vaccine .
The lady tells me that she is safe because she was already administered the vaccine .
When we enter the camp , which is bustling with unfamiliar people .
That's when I see my brother . .
I tell him about our lab , and he tells me that me and my husky have the disease also , that's when I look at myself and realise I'm dying , parts of my exterior are drying up and I'm shedding .
And my husky is dying too .
It's been several hours , and we're at the camp waiting for the vaccine .
I can feel myself deteriorating .
After a while a nurse comes by and shows my brother the vaccine , which is a really really large syringe with some kind of tube connecting to a vile . She tells him she doesn't have time to do it and that I should do it myself .
(in reality I'm administered intra muscular injections to myself because I have a chroni illnesses but I stopped because I hurt myself accidentally and was too scared to try it again. And it's been a year since I haven't poked myself)
So my brother takes the syringe , and we leave the camp not knowing what to do , he tells me not to worry and that we can take it when we're home .
My dogs are still with me , and I'm sad that they are sick also , they look shrunken and frail and just whimper as I try to console them.
I tell him I'm scared and that I can't do it on my own but he can't seem to hear me .
We start to look for our car , that's when my boyfriend comes towards me screaming that my driver abandoned him and left him on the street . That's when I wake up.

Hello dreamrunner  Do you feel as if you are missing out on things in life, like good times are passing you by? (passing by events/venues) Do you desire some enjoyment (going to fancy party) but seem to find only struggle and possibly hardship? (climbing hill which turns into mountain/illness/disease) What is causing you to be ill-at-ease (dis-ease)? The dream could even be suggesting that you need to pay attention to your medical issue - please keep that in mind and do not ignore it. What do you think?  IP: Logged |

Hi ra ,
This is a really amazing in right you've given me .
Yes that is how I actually feel in real life , I never connected it to the dream , but now that you pointed it out it does make sense .
In reality I have a chronic illness , psoriasis
It often makes me depressed as it affects my appearance and I'm seldom in the mood to join any social activity, it's because of this I've missed many major programmer and events.
Been suffering for 8years now, I've missed my entire teenage life, of having fun and freaking out,
and the disorder has reached to its most aggravated form, but just as it gets better, and I'm happy again, I get a flare up and get depressed all over again.
Is there anything positive I can take from this dream?
I'm currently under the best medication, and there has been improvement, but it has flared up in the last week. . . IP: Logged | |
