Scene 1: I saw a human skeleton with the whole frame hanging from a pole and it was outdoors. Me and a set of people are there around it and the skeleton was talking something, say in reply to someone amongst us. I was a little apprehensive to pick up a conversation with it. My mother later clarifies that it is the skeleton of a member of a very distant relative's family and it was a woman whose death happened by an unknown cause and she has left behind 3 little children and I also learn that her name starts with a letter K. I ask my mom who has left the skeleton hanging here and she says even she doesn't know. The fact is that, in the real life, there is no such person in that particular family.

Scene 2 : I've occupied a bathroom whose door is a little transparent and cops are outside and they are going through the entire place and passing through my door too. I'm little embarassed that they would have seen me and then when I am dressed, a person catches hold of my hand thinking I'm guilty an then realises and leaves me. Soon, a stranger arrives and saves me out of the place and when I come out I see my mom standing outside waiting for me. I learn that the stranger is in favor of us. I ask my mom substance abuse? She says yes and all 3 of us swiftly move from the place each one holding my luggage and my mom is steadfast and is many steps ahead of us. I call her and she asks me to hurry up and leave the place soon.

In the dream, you are not the "guilty" one and are being "saved" from the situation … are you in a situation in which another is behaving badly and where you could be affected?

Also, you mention the number 3 twice … this number can have a lot of different meanings, but most basically it is a masculine number, often relating to needs of a masculine sort, not sexually but energetically. You mention your mother in both scenes, but there is no mention of a specific masculine figure, only "cops" and "a stranger". Could these dreams be somehow related to a situation/issue with your father?

Does any of this strike a chord with you?

The past issue being revealed is very true with respect to my current relationship (I was made known of some important issues through a third person ) and I am really apprehensive about deciding which way to go. Right now I'm confused and was adviced to remain patient and deal with it.

The private matter being exposed may also refer to something relevant to what I told before as some of them around are aware of the current situation and I feel embarrassed, but at the same time feel at ease that I've conveyed something to them and they understand my situation. "Cleansing/getting rid of" - yes I do feel like getting rid of this awkwardness, but does this mean something spiritually too?

Yes I'm the affected party and my partner's behavior is that which hurts me.

You have given a new light on the number 3. In fact, only after you've mentioned about it, I myself noticed that I've cited 3 specifically twice And as I told you, with this situation the man in question might be my partner. As with my current situation, I do not have a trouble with my father.

I had missed giving one more information. The skull had a few traces of flesh on it which was very light pink in color. It was conversing in a very casual/cheerful manner.

And also that, the distant relative's family has a son instead of the daughter(who has died leaving 3 children in the dream), but he doesn't have 3 children in reality.

"Substance abuse" … does this play a role in the situation with your partner? If not, then maybe it just symbolizes a bad situation or influence that you are considering removing yourself from.

I don't see any hidden solution as the dream seems to be simply reflecting what is going on. If there is a solution offered, and you wanted to see it that way, then your mother's admonition to "leave soon" would be it.

Literally speaking substance abuse has no relevance in the actual problem, but may refer to problematic situation.

Hmm, may be the solution is that - Leaving soon. Have to act on it at the right time!
