I have been working on manifesting and on what I need to let go of in order to manifest..well in my last nights dream I was showing someone a bunch of combs in many styles and colors that were in my purse and said something about how I had said something about combs and all of them had manifested. So, why combs?

Combs are used to 'tame' hair. Get it in style without it being all over the place. Hair corresponds to the mind. Are you having lots of thoughts and 'wild' ideas? It might be telling you to get them organised.
Edit: or how about 'grooming' your personal ideas and talents (purse) so the 'valuables' (purse) can take 'shape' (manifestation) in the real world. You seem to be carrying them with you already. All they need is some 'styling'. So the combs are your 'tools' in getting what you pursuit.
Also, How did you feel in the dream? Feelings give you clues in what the dream is trying to tell you.

good! I felt like, "gee! look! If I can manifest these combs (sort of a silly thing to manifest) I might be having a clue how to manifest something else!
Yes, I do have some ides and there are 'tangles' in my life I let my emotions become 'entangled' in and thus do not produce my ideas tangibly..
