So yeah, I had this dream about demons. My breathing wss abnormal so my sister 'woke' me up (my sisters and I share the same room). Thinking I was awake, I 'opened' my eyes. And then, there was a demon who was coming to get me. My sisters were all screaming for it to go away. I just curled close to my sister. Then for real, I felt my sister wake me up. When I woke up, that was when I realized that I had a dream within a dream.

What could that mean?

I have dreams like this a lot lately...by lately, I mean ever since I started having anxiety/panic attacks. Are you in a very stressful time of your life right now? I don't know what it means but maybe we can be on to something..

There is a "demon" pursuing you in waking life ... not a literal demon but a situation/issue/person which is causing you concern/anxiety/stress.

What is it?
