i had a dream of a frog. it kept following me like it was sexually aroused by me. i was so scared so i tried cornering it and when i tried putting him in the bag he struggle and once he was in it. he started to look like he was dying. like someone smashed him with a baseball bat. and the next day i saw a show with a frog being cooked in a stew or something. so i found it a bit too coincidental.

it felt so real that i was actually really scared since i love animals. i have been going through some things and i usually dont take dreams too seriously but really curious about this one. so hoping you can help me interpret it

There's more to the symbolism of the frog, but the first thing I thought about is your love life.
Are you in a relationship and if so, did you catch Prince (or princess? Are you male?) Charming or did he turn out into a frog? A pattern you might have been repeating.

Furthermore animals in dreams refer to our instinctual behaviours and our emotions. A frog being a 'cold animal' living near or in the water might refer to 'undercooled' emotions which apparently you are trying to spark with the boiling. So what's going on with your emotional balance? Is it going to one side and then the other in extremes?
