Then the action moved to a bar where I think I was one of the employees. There were a few other young women working with me. I saw my sister at one of the tables and she seemed not to be in touch with reality. Later I saw a girl I used to hang out with. I think she worked there too. She looked worn-out and kinda...insane. I could feel others' thoughts and I got to know that way that she was some kind of a local wh**e...Yeah They didn't like her. Then as far as I remember I woke up.

Any ideas?

Sound like a neat dream, at least to me. My first impression of your dream is that you might someone who's concerned about women's rights. I don't really have much to base that on but I don't know, many women in your dream(s), an outdated wedding ring.

I've heard that marriage related symbols in dreams can indicate making a commitment or vow (in this case probably yourself). Maybe you have become more proud of yourself recently and feel like you're achieve a kind of peace, or meeting your goals.

Other women in a woman's dream can often also be reflections of ourself, if that helps at all. I could guess that maybe you feel you've come along way from where you were in life years ago? Hence the change of scenery and an old friend.

Now I'm not judging ( I personally am on the fence about it). But I wouldn't rule out that you could be rethinking your stance on marriage. That or reflecting of the topic because you may have been exposed to it recently (other people getting married, seeing something on tv, hearing people talk about soul mates, etc).

Just my thoughts

I'm all for equality if that counts.

The rest doesn't really fit. And I'm not changing my mind when it comes to marriage Sometimes I just wonder how my attitude might affect my love life in the future.
