Well, I was having quite a lot dreams last night, though I only remember snippets, and they did not seem to be connected or made sense that way (though I guess they are).

Anyway the snippet I most clearly remember because of the dreadful feeling coming with it, was that my mother was dead.
She apparently had died shortly before in the dream, and was laying on the ground in the livingroom (though I donīt know the appartment), and was wrapped up in a carpet, which left only her face free.
My middle brother was there as well and I was standing in the back, like I didnīt want to look to closely, or I would need to face the fact that she was dead.
My Dad apparently had just left before to get someone to take her away.
Anyway, when I finally stepped closer (And was feeling like a child again), I definitely saw that it was her.
But then something strange happened; she opened her eyes, and stretched her arms and yawned, as if she had just been sleeping.
And in fact she had never looked more healthy and alive.
Very strange dream indeed.

Funnily my mom told me she had been dreaming of me and my brothers as well. She had been taking a walk in the garden of a castle with my Dad, though he had left for a moment, when she found some kind of shop, where they were selling pictures and stuff. And there she found pictures of our family, or actually of me and my brothers, and she specifically remembered the picture of me as a little girl (maybe 3 or 4 years old I guess), wearing a red dress (though originally her sister, my aunt had owned that dress). And she was very excited, disbelieving but happy to have found these pictures, event hough she had no idea how they had gotten to that place, as my parents had never given them away.

This is just weird, right?

Hi,

A lot to this dream of course. I'm guessing more towards how the family patterns still exist in your own psyche
(Altough its been under the carpet (and went unnoticed it clearly very alive)
Parents and family can also show us the internal aspects. So it either refers to the influence of your mum on you or your own internal parents.

I wouldn't intertwine your and your mothers dream though.
Hope this can be if some help.

My grandma passed away this morning.
While she was not my Mum`s mother, she still was a maternal figure, and the only grandmother I have ever known.
