Last night I dreamed I was sleeping in my bed and when I woke up, I noticed there was blood in lines on the ceiling above my bed. The blood had dropped on the right side of my face while I slept. When I sat up, the dried blood was caked all over the side of my face and in my ear. It was my exact room - there was nothing different about it in my dream. I didn't feel afraid or worried about the blood on the ceiling or my face, just thought it was weird and wondered how deep inside my ear it was. Does anyone have an idea what this means? It was the strangest dream. Thanks IP: Logged |

Hi Jojo,So what are you unable to hear? You are sleeping in your dream. Certain messages you need to hear are not able to get through to you. You seem to be losing some power (blood) in parts of your life, but no action is taken. Just a small wondering 'is this been going on for longer?' (How long have I been unreceptive? - blood in ear). Ceiling is often related to the future. What parts in regards of your future are 'bleeding'? Bed is 'safety', but it seems like a false sense of safety. After all blood is dripping down. Are you putting enough energy into your future goals or is your attitude one of 'we'll get to that tomorrow?' . Or did you loose some passion in regards to your initial ideals, but just plot along (sleeping). It's caked on the right size of your face (action). Or is there another situation in your life you 'hit the ceiling' with? Just some thoughts for now. Hope they may be helpful IP: Logged |

Very interesting... I need to really think about it.What if the blood was on the left side of the face? Because as I saw myself the sleeping, I was lying on my right side, so the blood would have been there, but I think it was my right ear that was plugged though. IP: Logged |

I'm glad you don't immediately know what it's about. After all that was what the dream was about Also try to think if people repeatedly tried to point something out to you... Someone might have tried to point it out to you irl. Even if it's the left side (which I suspect it isn't) it's still about 'not facing' something. Left would relate more to your personal expression/live from inspiration/imagination. That would then be the more damaged part. Depends on the 'dream environment' though. You might also get clarifying follow-up dreams IP: Logged |

Blood is life force, symbolic of life and vitality in dreams.Maybe you are hearing wisdom, something that gives your life purpose, maybe someone's words are positively influencing you, you've become aware of something li. If it's dried blood, maybe you already know this.IP: Logged |

I agree with the fact blood can be representative of vitality & life force, but it's leaking (a loss of) & dried (dried up passions/not enthusiastic about it anymore). IP: Logged |

I think it has to do with living in this house. I'm single and this house has 4 acres. I feel overwhelmed by the rent and the upkeep here but felt trapped because of my horses. I didn't want to face the necessity of finding them a new home (I've had them their whole lives - 20 and 15 years, respectively), so that I can make a change in my housing situation. I finally decided to face the anguish of re-homing them, which I did this past weekend. It was heartbreaking for me, but I know it was the right decision. They have a forever home together in a wonderful place where they'll be loved and happy. Now I can concentrate on finding a smaller home to live in that will be less of a burden financially and work wise. Something had to give because I needed to release some of the pressure I've been under. I think I just didn't want to face what needed to be done, but I already feel better for having finally taken to first step towards changing my situation. Thank you again. IP: Logged |
