Last night I had a dream of menstral blood in my body and myself emerging from the body and the blood. Then all sudden the dream jumped to my grandmother babysitting the neighbors little boy.

Could it mean something or was it just nothing?

Menstrual blood is both death & life giving. It says one cycle has ended, didn't come fully to life, but the next is awaiting. It's powerful & related to divine femininity. Are you going through a phase of rebirth? Refinding your strength?

Yes I think so, I missed my soulmate close to two years ago and they said ( angels) that he would return in 2 years and it has been close to two years now. I have been getting positive angel card readings and tarot readings saying something new is birthing and it does have to do with him returning according to the cards.

So I have been trying to pay close attention to my dreams.

Cycles, yes. I'm not sure if the dream is referring to the return of your soul mate, but I suppose it could. Otherwise, perhaps the dream reflects thoughts you are having about fertility, aging, and having children.
