I have a date tomorrow night with someone I met last week. I barely know him and I dreamt last night that he died in a bicycle accident. In my dream I was standing in the cafeteria of the college he goes to. I was next to my father's wife. I was contemplating whether I should delete the voicemail he left me (the actual voicemail from last night). In my dream I listened to it again and started crying.IP: Logged |

Anyone have any idea why I dreamt this?A little info, it's strange for me to dream of people aside from a select few in more life. It's especially strange for me to dream of someone I just met and don't even know. IP: Logged |

Hello Abc333 and Welcome to the Forum. Usually death of a person in a dream means that person will live a longer life in real life unless ofcourse you have had a precognitive dream. How did it feel?IP: Logged |

Hi Love&Light and thanks! In the dream, at first I felt shocked and unsure of what I was feeling emotionally. While listening to the voicemail in the dream (which like I said was the exact voicemail from last night) I felt really upset and starting crying.When waking up from the dream this morning,I felt uneasy. Let it rest. Precognitive dreams are hard to tell. Its meaning is clear until only later. And how was your date. Did it feel OK? Or uneasy as the dream?IP: Logged |

Hello Abc  Death is symbolic of an ending (not really death) and therefore a new beginning. I think this dream is a reflection of the anxiety and mixed feelings you have about going on the date with this person. How did it go?
