The dream starts with my husband and I been approached by someone who informs us that queen wants to be alone with my husband, is insinuated that is to sleep with him.

This queen is an older women so I dont feel threatened and there is a sense that we have to go along with it bc she is the queen and has power so I stay in a spacious room and he leaves.

He comes back and I feel bad for him bc I know he did not want to do this and is not attracted to queen and then the dream gets more weird.

The queen shows up but this time she looks young and pregnant and is wearing this beautiful attire with jewels and starts dancing trying to seduce my husband while I am in the room. I feel bad and a bit helpless as she is the queen and bc of her power I can't really stand up to her.

Could the queen represent a new me that is emerging (prosperity and power coming into my life as I am more financially secure than ever bf) or qualities that I would like to possess (power and fertility)??? Or is the dream a warning or the opposite of a warning and more like a fortune coming my way??

Any thoughts on this weird dream would be great. It could just be tv stuff crossing over into my dream life and means nothing.

Hello amelia

Dreams always mean something, even if we can't always figure them out.

This could represent new energies or qualities like power, success, fertility, as you said. But you repeatedly mentioned feeling bad, powerless, and helpless … is there an area of your life in which you feel this way?

I have been thinking about it and the meaning has become obvious.

I am turning 30 this month and I dont have kids. Even though I am not desperate to get pregnant or trying really hard it must be bothering me more than I realize as the dream has brought it up to my subconscious that I clearly associate power with fertility and feel inadequate in some level bc I feel I must not be very fertile since I have not gotten pregnant.

Also I was watching the white queen a few weeks ago so that must have also influenced me having this dream bc although it is a fictional show it really portrays accurately how important it was back when royalty was everything for the queen to have sons and be very fertile. I remember being disturbed by how much the value of a woman was placed in fertility and in being able to bear sons.

Bingo. That's it.

Thank you for sharing your dream.
