I was in shared bedroom with older half sister, and there was a blonde guy sitting on the edge of bed. I was getting ready to go. I do'nt know who the guy is, but apparently it was someone i know in the dream, i had been trying to meet for a while (in real life, i keep seeing him once a year, and once not in the same country even, and we always end up exchanging a long gaze but i'm usually heading in a very opposite direction to him...this has been happening since late 2009, and usually we never get a chance to cross traffic, go through doors or tell ppl with us to wait a minute, as in my case he's always gone, in his case he's always either with parents, or with a group of other ppl...like a parallel world of some sort always colliding...most recently i saw him last late April)
so in the dream he was there, i knew him but i didn't know him, there was this 'foreign' feeling about it, despite him being in my bedroom. He also didn't look as good as i thought he does in real life, but the dream wanted me to think it is him.

So anyway we were heading out on a date apparently, and older step sister, offers to drop us somewhere, at first he's like okay, but then i begged him to refuse, as even just hiring a cab is better....i can see his mind was going 'but more comfortable in our own car'....i was thinking 'better not have her drive us around'
then next we are waiting next to some elevators to come, they are so close to coming, but something is wrong with my vision. i wonder out loud if i haven't worn my contact lenses. Now i can see he's getting worried he may get sick and tired of me making him wait.

but then what is this, if i look only with my right eye, everything is clear, but when i look with both it is blurry, then i look to some reflection and realize the contact lens on the left eye got torn....i ask him if he could wait for a second while i put the other on...am not to happy asking him, and he now sighs out loud, as he's sick and tired, and the elevator will be here any second.

no not a good dream....somehow 'emptiness' or talking to myself as no one to listen, seems to be the vibe i got, or what my heart was feeling whilst i was dreaming all this.

then i woke up.

Right side, how i see the world that is fine for now.

Also no cars or vehicles of transport in this dream, and i asked this person to refuse another person's offer to drive us around, and was relieved that even though he didn't want, he said no on my behalf (this guy in the dream could of course be my shadow self from what i learnt)

The elevator then...things, the change is almost here, and i'm not ready for it, or didn't double check and don't know what t do...(hence the torn lenses) i don't know if i'm ready. could also mean, am i really ready for a new relationship in any case? i don't know it is still something that makes me feel anxious how quick people's feelings develop sometimes.

The frustration at the wait at the elevator...well there is definitely frustration in real life, about how these incidents last for only minutes, but bad things go on for years, and usually come into our life in more than just a minute.

also asked my cards if i will meet him again, and this time talk, and no.....so yeah....i think the summary of the dream is i'm trying to access my higher self one more time in real life, but really all is happening is i am all on my own, doing the typical mistakes i've always done......and i need to find better tools, so that the 'left eyesight' is working fine again!

Lol. I swear I thought I was looking in the health forum, lol.
Good start on analysis! He is not your shadow self. He is your animus. Your male helper that gives you strength to put something out there in the world. This is a new concept to you (feels strange).
Something being wrong with the Eyesight is common symbolism & in this case seems to reflect the 'imbalance' in your inner male - inne female part.
He wants to go with his own car to show you that it's best to get the parts in balance. (Your own power & that you can rely on that). The right eye seeing clearly is the emotional/intuitive side. The left is the more logical/practical approach to life which you seem in need for. Go tune into all those virgo energies

makes sense that i got the directions wrong,

also makes sense because logic isn't my forte, i'm the first to admit that
sigh was hoping my male guide would be hotter, but this one was an 8.5 i guess 9 if he had shaved so it is okay (we are talking about dreams so i am 'dreaming on')
