Can someone please tell me what this means...for the past three weeks, I've been dreaming about dogs, constant, also remember seeing my ex boyfriend too! The dog is always trying to come near me, but in the dream I'm always running for my life, terrified and wake up so scared...the dreams are so vivid, so real..,don't know what's the message but I feel like it has to do with my ex boyfriend, we have a crazy connection, he's in a different state though so don't see him much.In couple of dreams I was kinda locked up in what looked like a cage and the dog is staring at me, but the dog looks happy and just wants to come closer to me, doesn't bark or attack me in the dreams, although in reality I'm terrified of dogs, attacked twice when I was about 5 and 8! Other times I'm in house, not sure who's house and see a dog running towards me and I run to lock the door and block it with furniture and run up some stairs that never end!!! The thing is even if I lay down for a power nap, I have the same dream...never had such intense dreams about dogs before! In the dreams I'm in an unknown location...sometimes what looks like a field with lots of people around me, other times isolated and cry for help but no one can hear me!!! Now my ex boyfriend is in the dreams too but don't remember much about him. Thanks IP: Logged |

Perhaps it's time for you to confront your fear of dogs. Perhaps your boyfriend has done something to you so bad that you have associated his image with your fear of dogs. Rid yourself of this irrational fear of man's best friend and you will end this dream.IP: Logged |

Regulus18, thanks, I have tried getting rid of my dog fear but no luck so far...I start sweating, my heart beats fast and get chills! As for my ex boyfriend, we're actually really good friends...I know he'll always be in my life...maybe he's gonna get engaged or something so it may mean that eventually I will have to face those fears, even though he won't tell me of other women in his life, in case he hurts my feelings!IP: Logged |

Hello soulmate Something is definitely bothering you in waking life, so if this is not about your ex … What has you feeling trapped? What is it that won't leave you alone, or that you can't escape? What is making you feel helpless? IP: Logged |

Ra, you're right! I think deep down I fear that I'm going to lose him forever to another woman...I still have feelings for him, even though it's been 4 years since we broke up! Dating has not been much fun as I'm always comparing...he's set the bar to high!!! I've been told by couple of psychics that we're twin flames, and have experienced a lot of the signs and synchronicities! IP: Logged |

Hi. I'm not a dream expert but I know that dogs in dreams have to do with loyalty. Where do your loyalties lie? Are you loyal to yourself? Read about Dog Medicine. Ted Andrews writes about dogs. They are very spiritual servants and protectors and are very loyal. IP: Logged | |
