What is the message behind them?? I have been going through very hard times and then I had a beautiful dream, very uplifting, in the dream the names Nev and Rodgers popped up clearly.

Nev adds up to 14

Rodgers adds up 41

Today something happened and the number 1414 poppped up.

What are my guides trying to tell me?

I don't see anything significant with this dream though it would seem so with the number stuff.

When I read it, I get a distinct impression of recipes, like there is a complicated recipe you would like to try. But you are likely to put it off - I think it involves steps like rinsing something in a sink - and you have uncertainties about the details of it, and wonder if its just too much bother - like you feel you could go to all that effort and it could be just a dumb dish anyway.
