Had a dream last night where I was at a party with many people and there were drugs and I was smoking cocaine in a joint! (Note, in real life I am anti-drugs).

Then I am at a station, is all dark and wet, and I feel sick. So I ask my female friend who I know to come with me, I throw up (it's all brown and totally yucky!) but I feel a sense of relief.

ok, I understand the meaning, getting rid of something not good for me literally expelling it. I do wonder though, I was invited to a chinese new year party by colleagues who I know do drugs last night but I chose not to go. The female friend with me is someone who is leaving today for a while...so am sad about that.

So am not too worried about the dream , it feels like an anxiety dream..

Think it's still about the work you dislike. Cocaine is an upper, so you are most likely trying to boost yourself staying there. While in reality you find it quite sickening..
Think that making a choice/finding a new destination fears you (station). Also, you probably really don't know what else you would like to do currently.
Or so I would see it.

I think you are right...I am trying to figure out a way of coping whilst I take the steps to change job and move.It scares me, as I have no idea what else to do apart from my job.

I had a fear of vomitting too as a kid as was violently ill during a bad virus when I was 5.
