I had a dream last night and I knew it had some kind of message attached to it. I woke up and remembered it that exact moment I woke up. I also knew it was sending me a message. But then ten minutes later, I fell back asleep and when I finally woke up in the morning, I couldn't remember any of it.

I want to somehow try and remember that dream just to decode its messages. But like how do you do this?

Hello Solar Leo Queen

I hate it when that happens.

It is difficult to get a dream back once it is gone. You can try to ask yourself for a repeat when next you sleep, but an exact replay is unlikely. You could, however, have a different dream that contains the same message.

If the message in the dream is important for you to consciously remember, it will repeat in some form until you "get it". So don't worry about it.

To avoid forgetting in the future, keep a little notepad by your bed and, if you awaken from a dream, jot down a couple of key words or sketch a simple image. That is all it usually takes to get the entire dream to come flooding back from the recesses of your mind.
