Hi All Woke up this morning from a dream about a vintage old chest/cupboard. It was wooden and deep, and felt old. It was in my parents house and I was cleaning the cupboard, taking off stickers that had been stuck. My sister appeared and then my mum appeared crying saying she did not want me to take this cupboard to my own house. I told her I had to.In RL, my mum was at a family reunion overseas this weekend. I have picked up on my mum's energy before. I feel the dream is related to my "own" house, and I am taking care of this important item to put into my home. Sparkling IP: Logged |

Hello Sparkling Was she crying because she didn't want to part with it? Or because she didn't want to pass along old and difficult stuff to you? I think the dream reflects your awareness and acknowledgement of family related (especially mum) emotional/dynamics "stuff" which has been passed down to you and your efforts to clean it up, to remove the unwanted parts of it, renovating it to fit into your life. Keep up the good work. IP: Logged |

Hi Ra She didn't want to take it with me to my new house...I was most definitely renovating it. Perhaps it is an old pattern? I was not sad at all ....my mum was only one crying in the dream. Sparkling IP: Logged |

Hey RaHad a dream this morning which I think continues the theme of previous dream. I was on train (signifier of journey- life path), with my mum and step dad. We kept getting on and off the train, I at one point even clung on to outside of train. Then we had got off at one station and didn't get back on time so the train left! So we saw the train pull into another platform so we rushed to get to the luggage room to get our possession we had left on the train. Mum and step dad were with each other, I was busy trying to find the luggage room. I walked up the stairs (felt like a tower) to a dark room with suitcases. I sobbed when I realised my suitcase had been stolen or lost. I think working through some emotions in this dream, possessions (my own), there was a sense of me breaking free (literally of the train). Sparkling IP: Logged |

You are right, this is definately related to the previous dream and the emotional "baggage" you are dealing with. Breaking free is good! IP: Logged |
