In the next part of the dream I had a small boy with me with dirty blond hair and brown eyes. He referred to me as his mommy but I never heard his name. I'm not sure why he was there as he was just with me when I was having to tell people about my sister.

Is there a change occurring in your relationship with your sister? Maybe it is something you need to talk about but don't want to? Or maybe you feel a sense of responsibility?

Or your sister could represent some aspect of yourself, one which is suppressed or "dead", or perhaps in need of change/transformation. Is there something about your sister that you do not see in yourself? Something you admire, or do not like?

Your "son" likely represents the emergence of something new in you, your developing animus, which is your masculine aspect. Something "dies", something is "born" … makes sense.

I would say the dream is a reflection of growth and change, probably emotionally and psychologically.
