It was the key of d...I was pushing the first and lowest octave d key...

The thing is...I don't know which notes the keys on the piano correlate too, yet in my dream I did.

Perhaps with regards to starting or doing something creative...not quit sure though, the last couple months have been very good in terms of productivity and accomplishment.

I think this has more to do with being aware of the "less than" feeling and the efforts being taken to overcome it. I think Alex is finding, and taking back, his power. The correlation of music theory and creative application is symbolic of the coming together of the mind, of the harmonizing taking place.
