This has been going on since yesterday night. I fall asleep, then I get a nightmare and wake up and fall back asleep. Usually, they only happen once for me. But since last night, I kept getting them every single time I fall back asleep. This has been disturbing my sleep which I really need this week. Also, I tried switching spots from my room to the couch in my living room (which it usually works), but it still didn't work.

How can I not get these dreams anymore?

Just an assumption what you can do:
1.
a. take a shower and peel yourself with salt.
b. take an old pot pour salt and vodka (or anything like that) into the pot, so that the salt is wet and swims a little bit. Burn it down and watch the flames. Caution is to be taken as it is hot and fire.

2.
a. take a bath afterwards with milk and honey in it.
b. drink a cup of milk with honey in it.

Combine one and two as you wish.

I wish you no dreams tonight.

Sleeping any better? You sounded stressed in your post. A lot on your mind? Sometimes it just takes a little time.

I think if you bring the fear into consciousness, it will have no reason to express itself in the subconscious.

And once the unknown is known, its fear factor reduces, to an extent, instantly, simply through being known.

I would take an active approach and write a list of the salient factors in the dreams.
Attribute personal associations to these factors, then look at collective associations to them.

By the end of this, I doubt if the dream will be frightening any more. It may not even return.
