Just dreamt recently of a black dragon, very powerful and very awe inspiringly detailed ( better than the hobbits desolation of smaugs dragon). I'm hiding crouched behind a big jagged rock in it's cave and peeping out every so often to see if dragon is still watching me. It's very strong male energy with red eyes but it's not bad/evil. It is coiled around something protecting it I think, I have no idea what it is but I'm curious... I'm not afraid of it just don't want to get eaten/hurt/burnt to a crisp. Very vivid....AND took all night to dream.... What does this mean? IP: Logged |

Something is being instinctually-protected from release.
Inner conflict between preservation of habitual or precious aspect of self, or object,
and curiosity as to what may entail following its freedom of expression.As there was no fear of the dragon,
no need to rush.
Perhaps inquiry as to the nature of the precious object in future dreams is indicated.

Hello Kryptic  I entirely agree with Voix de la Mer. The cave symbolizes the unconscious, or an unknown aspect of your psyche. Black symbolizes the unconscious/unknown. The dragon is a protective energy, a guardian of something within your unconscious/psyche. The dream suggests that there is something within your unconscious, something hidden within your psyche, that has been/is being fiercely protected, and you may be getting closer to discovering what it is. This discovery could be a prelude to a personal transformation. What do you think?  IP: Logged |
