I know I haven't been here in some time, but I just had a dream that I haven't a clue about. Anyways, I'm in this desert city camp or something, where all the people (there's not a whole lot) are slaves of robots. I'm free, even though I do my best not to be caught, but I find a strange ruins hiding a group who's going to take back the camp, but for some reason we need to find the Vessels of the Seven Hellish Vices;
-Lust, the Flower
-Gluttony, the Seed
-Pride, the Jewel
-Sloth, the Wind
-Envy, the Source
-Greed, the Sands
and Wrath, the Key.
We have four of them, and we're trying to find the others (Pride, Wrath, and... I want to say Gluttony), but when I step outside for a moment, a creature cut of a robot's head and sucked out the electricity from it before I woke up.
I've tried looking online, but there's nothing regarding the Sins. Please help?------------------

Hi there!! Are you into reading a book on or watching some films/serials of science fiction? Also do you read books on religion, philosophy etc. It appears that the dream could be a reflection of both. A mingled version.The creature cutting you off could be your connectivity lost to your dream world as you are thrown back to this reality just before waking up. IP: Logged |

These sins are reminiscent of humanity's potential downfall.You appear to be developing an understanding of true value, but more than that, there seems to be the motivation to reveal darker aspects of society. I believe the "robots" represent conditioned human beings. This dream looks like a call to examine your life for points of excess and illusion. Often we first notice these issues in the people around us - when we are trampled, or left in a deficit by their excesses.
However, I believe we all have this propensity. A most interesting dream, thank you for sharing. IP: Logged |

yes, I do read a lot of religion/philosophy related books, but I'm not really one for science fiction. ^_^'@Voix_de_la_Mer; I strongly agree with that second sentence for some odd reason... and yes, I notice it in the people around me, the first time ever realizing it with my closest family. Also, I don't know if this changes anything, but as it turns out, now that I'm thinking of it, "Wind" referred to a wind-up toy, and "Source" referred to a pitcher. ------------------

Hello Sailor Gemini  Interesting dream, and I'm not sure what your subconscious is saying either, but I like what Voix said.  Perhaps you see, as I do, and as Voix mentioned, others as being akin to "robotic slaves" and this dream reflects your efforts to stay free and to join efforts with others of like mind to combat the ignorance and soullessness that plagues society. In order to do that, we must fully understand the forces/evils which drive the robotic masses, else the tools/weapons to combat them are incomplete and less effective. Perhaps the dream is suggesting that true understanding of certain points/vices/evils is incomplete or missing, and that you still have work to do in finding the true meaning of them before you are able to effectively resist or combat the energy (electricity) that motivates the "robots". Does that make any sense, or do we need to look in another direction?

Yes, that makes perfect sense, thank you Ra. I would like to ask though, after finding the vessel of Envy, would that mean I just understood it? And of the missing ones, the one I remember most is Wrath. Could that mean that's the next 'lesson'?------------------
