Hello everyone. I had a troubling dream. I was trying to catch a ride to the town where i grew as a child. It was dark. A young woman stopped and gave me a ride. As we speak, it turns out she is a professional singer. She impresses me, so i ask her whether she can give me singing lessons. She responds quite haughtily. When i insist, she tells me to come to the garden at 9 a.m. the next day and surround it three times, and then she will talk to me. I tell my mom about this teacher and she doesn't want me to go to her. I don't hid the advice. I don't know how i will succeed getting there so early, as i have trouble with my sleep. I get to speak to the teacher again, and try to change her mind as to teaching me without the unecessary, in my opinion, ceremony. This teacher is special, and she is an outcast. I tell her (truth) that i have already studied, but only classical singing, but i want to study all styles, and that i want to achieve a natural vibrato, as i don't trust my own is a natural one. Gradually she begins to appreciate me and start doubting whether she can teach me at all.

Often the unconscious wants to teach us of a better. If the dreamer looks for guidance, Animus or Anima can appear in the dream as a teacher.

Singing as an act of worship is an important part of many belief systems. Also a football anthem creates a sense of community, whether it is an insulting song to the referee or the praises of the team. Certain sacred music, such as Gregorian chants or the chanting of mantras, cause under certain circumstances, a change of consciousness.

As the car in your dream brought you back to the place of your youth, it is a lesson from there. You did not follow the advice of your mom and did come to the place that you wanted to be, with the teacher you wanted to have.

Thank you for the interpretation, JeminiKarat. It may really be a lesson from my childhood. Only at the end of the dream me and the teacher became equals. And as for the singing, i do really sing, as i've mentioned. I don't yet perform or sing my own material, though. I studied classical singing, and i don't wish to sing like that. The teacher from my dream sang in all styles and was unique.

If you are thinking of a career as a singer in real life, you are absolutely right. You are equal to the best teacher according to your dream. There is no reason left to become a popular singer and start a career according to your dream. You become independent from your mother or any other teacher in your life and that is a good start for your career.

Thank you very much, JeminiKarat. I am not sure yet what the future holds for me or how i shall shape it. I am dreaming a lot about art, but having some blockage. But i do appreciate your good luck . Remember that dream i had about psychology and literature. I am a bit haunted. I guess i have to become my own teacher.
