GeminiKarat and I are of like mind. I do not believe many would see this dream in that way, but that is very much how I feel about it.

So yes, an out-of-body experience, in a way, just not a conscious one. To me, this seems like a memory of a learning experience undertaken in the Astral Realms, where an aspect or layer of yourSelf is being guided through lessons in a parallel world, dimension, space/time, or level of existence/awareness. I think most, if not all, of us do this, we just do not usually remember

This sort of "dream" or experience fits well with the Journeywork you are doing.

This is a very interesting "dream", thank you so much for sharing it.

I haven't really intentionally or "consciously" tried to contact any higher levels of consciousness, although for work I do Journeywork, where I journey to other realms in meditation to obtain information from guides/spirits/energy/etc.

In one journey in particular, I was shown 7 elders of mine. These were higher energy forms that were either ascended masters, or the like. I was only allowed to see one at the time in the journey. They wanted me to "get more serious" about my gifts before I could come back and meet more.

That is the only waking connection I can make with any attempts to contact higher levels of consciousness, if that is what you mean?
