I had a dream last night about my ex boyfriend (a not very nice guy) and he appeared in my dream as he had "come back" but he did something to me in the dream. He bit into my left breast and left a deep red scar. I could see he had done this to other women.

I have no idea why I am dreaming about him, have not had contact in a long time....

Good shot, DaniPepper. That is along the same lines I am thinking.

This dream suggests past emotional or psychological harm/damage done to you by him that has left a residual imprint. The scar on your breast could suggest that it has to do with your femininity, self-confidence, nurturing attributes, or something like that and some current issue/situation related to one of these things has brought the "scar" back to the surface, indicating the origin of your present internal conflict.

Wow I think you are both onto something! I wondered, I had job interview ( a tough two stage process last week) and I had this dream on morning of second stage interview which was face to face one. I think it may be to do with my self-worth and my ex really destroyed my personal and sexual confidence , hence I think scarring on breast. I am now involved with a very loving guy who makes me feel wonderful so I think this dream is linked to work and perception of myself.

A week later all is much more positive, I got offered the job! So new changes are coming.

I had completely forgotten this dream until this ex contacted me last month as he was going to be back in UK. Well, he persisted in several messages for me to meet him. I finally replied and asked why? he said to hang out. I declined.

I did not care about him at all. I in fact. regained my dignity from the way he treated me years ago.

Very satisfying! I did not need to meet him to know he has not changed. I protected myself.
