Well, many many times I dream about have some "good fun" with different guys, but in the hot part of the dream, I wake up!! Really!! I don't really know!!

I feel for you. Whenever I have a dream that has an unsatisfied or no end I stay in my bed for 5 more minutes and bring them to an end. It may not be the best way, but it is a way.
