Topic: Garlic bags around a baby's ankles?

I'm not new to LL, but this is my first time in this forum.  I had what felt like a long & detailed dream, but the part that is staying with me today is that I gave birth to a very large baby (it looked about a year old) and she came out with really fat ankles and a sack of garlic tied around each ankle. I've never in my life had a dream about sacks of garlic (that I remember) so what the heck?! And not to be gross, but I got up and was going on about my life and I didn't birth the placenta until the next day. That part wasn't as prominent as the sacks of garlic on the baby's ankles. Any ideas? ------------------

Maybe the baby is something new you are giving birth to right now in your life. The garlic may come with the baby as protection against the evil eye. So, you are well eqipped.IP: Logged |

Hello Geeky Ayelet's thoughts are certainly possible, perhaps something new that is long overdue? What do you associate with a sack of garlic? Protection? Purification? How did you feel in the dream? Just another thought … fat ankles, large or late (year old/placenta next day), a need to purify (garlic?) … could there be a correlation with your menstrual cycle? Maybe. What do you think? Well, besides my addiction to Lebanese garlic sauce (aka Taum), I associate garlic in a holistic sense. Heart health. Coronary health. Blood health. The imagery of childbirth and placenta also includes blood. I can still "see" that baby so clearly in my mind. Very odd. ------------------
