First a big green dragon outlined in gold and then in red was looking intently in my face like nose to nose. It had the slit pupils of reptiles and seemed sort of bored with what it was seeing in me. It never spit fire. It moved away and unfurled tremendous wings and stood there like that awhile still giving me the feeling I was the most boring thing it had seen in awhile. I felt no fear.
Then it came real close again and opened its mouth with what seemed like a red gem stone in it.
Enter a beautiful clean green (both the greens were good greens) snake. I am no snake lover but noticed how beautiful this one was and large and so clean. Not a cobra or hooded snake but a viper headed snake.
It opened and unhinged its jaws like snakes do when they are going to bite or devour.
The inside of its mouth was so beautiful! The crescent moons of its teeth! the glistening of its saliva! Beauty of white, cream, pink, rose colors and again so clean and perfect!
It closed its mouth and reopened it and I think it was a pearl gem stone in it.
there were odd-to-me water creatures like part fish things with various upper torso and heads-mer-people?
Then (and again I know little about Eastern Indian traditions or deities ) there were a lot of little cameos showing warm blooded mammals faces and a man with a fancy gold headdress on and gold slippers and clothes and mostly all gold who had a small torch of some type he would put near his mouth and blow out streams of fire.
I was thinking in this dream that this was not what he does traditionally.

yes been doing shamanic stuff but just a newbie

so, help!

asked my shaman but didn't get to tell him the whole thing cuz other folks were around.
symbols of transformation but aren't we always transforming?
any input appreciated.

It seems you are being initiated into the mysteries, and this is what the dream represents, in my opinion. A very strong and positive dream.

Please read it as an opinion:
In these mythical creatures deep and often wild soul forces flow out together to an extremely dynamic picture, they are marvelousness and incomprehensible creatures. A dragon shows the need of the dreamer for bigger spiritual freedom. To free from restrictions and to pull strings. The gold and red colour of the dragon can relate to the meaning of the sun. She is golden in the day, but becomes red in the sunset and sunrise. The season of the snake is 23.October-22.November and is associated with the sunset and the influence of water and earth (=green). Therefore I think it is a dream of transformation and the outcome is represented by the creatures in the end. Each of them has a message that is within the dreamers knowledgebase.

Hello tuxedo meow

Interesting dream. Powerful imagery, which indicates powerful forces and energies. The symbols are good, the colors are good, the energies are good. Something within you is being Awakened. Whatever you are doing, keep it up.
