What does it mean when you have romantic and/or sexual dreams about people that you never looked at that way in real life? This has happened to me quite a few times and it's really confusing to me. I won't have even thought about them in that way and then I have a weird dream about them. Does it mean that I subconsciously feel things about them? Or they about me? Or past life connections (subconscious again)? I used to think my dreams were my subconscious telling me things that other people felt about me or even that our spirits were actually meeting in the dreamtime/astral and that these things really happened in a way (some belief systems say that dream time is the reality and reality is the dream). But then someone psychic said to me, "you think your dreams are other people but they're not, they're just you." This confused me more than ever! Does this mean my dreams are only what I subconsciously feel and not what the other person does? One time after one of these dreams I actually did begin to develop feelings for the person after the dream (in the dream they told me I was beautiful. I don't feel beautiful so it was touching) and regardless I usually feel different in some way about the person after I have one of these dreams. More open and raw somehow even though they don't know about it. IP: Logged |

Hi Deepseablues, I think all the options you mentioned are possible. Sometimes it is a real meeting, sometimes it is "just us". I know it can be just us for a fact. But I believe it can also be a real meeting on the astral plane as I had once a dream involving a stranger which came true in a most accurate way. If your feelings are changing, than perhaps it was a meeting and not only your subconscious. But that is just a thought. Another thought: If you have never thought on the person this way before, then perhaps he did think so about you, and this was a meeting. Perhaps people feel more free to act upon their instincts on the astral plane than in so-called "reality". IP: Logged |

I will second that and wish you all the best! IP: Logged |

Thanks Ayelet and GeminiKarat. I wish it was easier to tell which one it really is! And yes my feelings often do change somewhat after the dreams. IP: Logged |
