I was in a grassy area and it crawled up to me .I was crawling over me.I I think I handled as if it was a snake.
I'm not found of bugs but even though I wasn't over joyed at having to handle it I did handle it in a calm and rational manner.

I would be interested on hearing peoples views on this as I wonder if there is more to a centipede that just negative associations we give to insects.

Before any one asks I haven't watched the human centipede as the thought of other human beings swallowing excrement is just plain gross and doesn't sit well with my Virgo Moon.

Centipedes hang out in damp, dark, shady places. It came out in the open to you in an open field and you handled it calmly. Is there a situation you're dealing with now that has just come to light that is sort of shady but you're being rational and level-headed about it?

I suppose my life in general has a bit unbalanced and you say could have gotten to know the shadow side of myself.At the moment I'm trying to be rational and put it all behind and make a better life for myself.So I think that what you said made sense.I must have been dealing with a more unapologetic, animalistic, darker part of my subconscious.
I know that I have to move on and its in my best interests to do so but parts of me are finding it difficult to move on.
Before I went to bed I felt sort of unsettled as if I was bursting with energy. I felt as my blood was completely red and warm it was just a real primal and raw feeling.

For the past couple of days I have been calmer and a lot more like the parts of me which are peace loving that I haven't really felt like in a good while.It's just that sometimes its just a little bit to nice and fluffy for me. Last night before I slept I just happened to be thinking and doing a little daydreaming about my love life while looking through art on deviantart.I ended looking at some art work of Marvels Thor aand Loki and also this artist who had many pictures of dark goddesses like like Lilith and Kali,mythological characters and creatures,superhereos and super villians and some quite erotic art work.His work just so raw and dark and exciting.I felt sort alive looking at the work and then thought occurred to me I never to get to enjoy a happy medium. I'm always to much for everyone else or not enough or to repressed or to loose.I felt alive and a little disappointed at the same time.I felt like I just had to live a dull and sanitized life and be overlooked an unappreciated and have to sanitize myself to keep other people happy.At the same time I understand that some my impulses have already caused me some misery so I really do need to be cautious.I suppose I might feel like I can't win.Although that might be a bit of an over dramatic statement so I'll just have to make the right choices and have faith that everything will work out fine.

It did crawl up to me before it crawled on me so hopefully it will mean I am moving in the right direction.

You both are probably right that it was fear that I was feeling and it would make sense considering the way I was feeling that night before I slept.No wonder a centipede crawled into my dream.
