I just had the weirdest dream last night. I was with me ex-lover's new girlfriend and we were hiding in a messy bedroom from something. Then we heard footsteps, so I grabbed a bat and she grabbed a smaller stick. We hid under the bed when two grown men came in. One was bigger, smarter, and older than the other and both were wearing funky clothes. I got up and asked what they wanted, with my bat ready to swing. My friend stood behind me. The bigger man said something about picking a wife for his brother and other creepy things. The smaller dude said he wanted my friend and she cried out she didn't want to. I said no and I guess that was a bad idea. They got aggressive and suddenly, my bat turned into a huge chopping knife. I threw it at the smaller dude because he was going for my seemingly helpless friend. She just stood their frightened with her stick that turned into a knife ready in front of her. The bigger dude went after me, so my friend handed me her knife and I threw it at him. It ruptured through his chest, but he didn't die yet. So I took out my chopping knife from the smaller dude's chest and threw it at the bigger one. He finally died and I woke up.

Any insights on this one?

I was thinking about "killing" an old aspect of myself, but it could also be something else. Plus, I have been having dreams about my friend for a while now and I don't know why.

Please read it as an opinion:
There is a duality(=two) in every person. attack – defense. big – small. in the front – in the back. This dream indicates the battle that can occur within a person.

I agree. This is probably about an internal battle/conflict, and this dream seems very similar to your Kayne West dream. I see anger (knives/stabbing/cutting) in this dream, but directed where? Where is the struggle within that includes anger?

I stabbed him in the side right behind his arm. Lately, I've been feeling too happy to be even angry at anything. I'm not sure if my anger comes from the fact that things in my life went wrong last year. I do think I'm over that, so I can't really say.

But thanks guys, I'll meditate on it so I'll know.

I am glad to hear things are going well for you lately. That's always good news. But these dreams do point towards some sort of inner conflict. Anger and fear are very related in the dream world, so that may be another way to look at it.
