Last night, I had a dream and it felt very real. I was back in my old private school--just outside the gates. I was with characters, old friends that shouldn't be in that scene because they didn't go to that school with me. That school has been the setting of my dreams lately. I'm not sure what it represents, considering it's not as significant to me as it used to be. I was talking with an old friend from another school I went to and I was catching up with her and everybody. While we were talking, I saw my ex-lover and his new girlfriend pass by. I was kinda feeling jealous but I just ignored it. I kept talking to my friend and glanced behind her. I see this one guy who looks almost exactly like the guy that just passed by talking to a bunch of other dudes. I asked my friend who he was and she told me he was a new student at the school. One of the guys was my friend's crush. I went up to the group because I was so intrigued by the fact that the guy looks exactly like my ex-lover. When I did, I somehow managed to go up to my friend's crush, not the guy. She told me to not touch him, so I didn't. I kept looking for the guy but he disappeared.

Can anyone give me some insights on this? I tried looking up on dream dictionaries. They're almost never helpful -_-

Please read it as opinion:
A school in a dream can trigger the questions: What must I learn? What have I already learned, so that I do not need to deal with it anymore?
The dream indicates a lesson(=school) of the ex-lover and the things the dreamer may not do(=friend).

Thank you for your input, GeminiKarat As of now, I am not exactly sure what the lesson is. Maybe it's not to repeat what happened with me and my ex-lover? I can't really tell right now as I have come to a point in my life where I feel peaceful, happy, and contented. Maybe it will come up soon. Thanks again.

Ra, I don't really think it's possible for me to develop an attraction for someone I don't know. Lol I don't even remember her "crush's" face. I only rembered the guy that looked like my ex-lover. He looked exactly like him but he seemed different as well.
