Is there anyone who is expert on lucid dreaming?
I know it is used to manipulate/manifest things in real life.

Just found out....I have Mars-Venus DW, Moon-NN-Moon-SN, Moon-Venus on DCs, Sun conj. Chiron, Sun opp. Uranus, Venus sq Chiron things going on with a person. I'm not trying to manifest my wild dream in reality but want to try having a wild dream or two. ..... I guess no harm done eh?

I am not an expert on lucid dreams. I guess, if you ask for permission there should be everything o.k.

A permission?
This life is meant to be an experience.
Do as you like...according to gnostic text.

As I am not an expert you may know more than me.

I wish you all the best with your experience!

Hello astra

I am not an expert either, but I do have some experience with it, and a little knowledge. What is it that you want to know, or to do? Are you looking for ways to try to become lucid?

No, I was just wondering about having fun during Lucid dream as I'm sick and don't have fun, only strife in real life.

Well, having fun in a lucid dream is definitely a good way to relieve some real life stress.

There are many ways to practice becoming lucid in a dream. It will usually take some time and effort to make it happen, but sometimes you can get lucky and it will happen right away.

Try this … while you are going about your daily life, stop and ask yourself "is this real or am I dreaming?" Do this as often as you can. Each time you do it, look around and try to notice something unusual. Read something, look away and see if you can change it, then look at it again. Do stuff like that.

The idea is to plant the thought in your head so much that you will dream about doing it, and then may realize that you ARE dreaming, at which point you could become lucid.

Need another method?

The way I am trying to pratice is to wake up during Lucid Dreaming. So before I go to bed, I plan what I want to dream. After all, you are supposed to be able to create your dream as you wish AND make it come true as well. So I have been successful in telling myself that it's a dream while I am dreaming in sleep and wake myself at that point. Probably next step would be to look at my hand during the sleep.

I don't do relationship in waking life (bad chart - totally unaspected sun which sq ASC, a chart fit for a nun) But, two of my partners died for a cause. So I do have relationship/love during dream (Neptune opp. Venus).

The looking at the hand technique is from Castaneda's books right? I actually I did like the previous poster, doing that exercise during the day "I'm I awake or dreaming" and then stretching my arm as to reach something. Well, one beautiful day I did it automatically in my dream...and my arm stretched so high it touched the branches of a tree. Then I jumped and I started to fly. So awesome.

Having a lucid dream will not necessarily make it come true in waking life. You can control your own experience, but controlling the experience of others is quite a different thing.

It is true that you can reach a level of expertise in which you may be able to influence certain aspects of your waking life from the Astral Realms, but when you bring in other people, all bets are off.

As an aside …

I tried the hand thing at one point. Basically, I told myself that when I saw my hands in a dream, I would examine them and then become lucid. I ended up having several dreams where I was eating my hands, one time with a fork! I guess that message didn't quite make it through.
