1. dreamt that i was watching myself sleep and my bf invited his mate over and they were teasing me nicely about sleeping and thats all fine. then i was just being pulled away from them. like some kind of energy that i didn't feel but obviously was working started taking my body from the back and pulling me away, so i was sliding across the bed and i woke before i actually fell off the bed i remember it was like a vortex was behind me pulling me. i was quite neutral about being dragged from the bed. weirded out but not scared. not down but was moving in an across the bed movement

2. was in a department store where there was some ballet show recital and teachers there. was ******** with some other teachers about the things the teachers we had growing up did and why we hated it. then something else happened and then i was leading an old man around the department store - he was one of those cute old men that has kind eyes and soft heart. spilt some coffee that was in way to many cups stacked on each other like maybe 5-6 cups and after i picked it up i turned around and found a friend i haven't seen or spoken to in years with a pram. she looked good. but keep in mind she's very young to be a mother. and then bumping into her pram was another woman who was my mum's friend who already had 3 grown boys. i said hi. my friend said hi back and smiled. was going to say 'oh here's your nonno (grandfather in italian)' .. i know the old man was her grandfather. and i know the two came to the department store together then i woke up. didn't see the babies.

so i'm wondering what this could all mean. it could mean nothing at all but i really never have dreams. once every 5-6 months perhaps?

Please read it as an opinion:
This dream indicates a reflection of “What I unfold in myself?” (=growing up, teacher, department store) and “Which obligation am I ready to take over? (=pam, friend, mother, grandfather).

GeminiKarat and I may have similar ideas here.

The first dream sounds an awful lot like the beginnings of an astral projection or OBE. If not, could it suggest a "pulling away" from your boyfriend in some way? Is something pulling you away?

The second dream I am not sure about. The references to old teachers, the old man, and the old friend could have some connection with the past, but from a Jungian perspective they could indicate that a change is coming, a transition. I am not sure how this theme fits in with the other symbols at the moment, but there does seem to be something to it.

I don't have the time right now to look too deeply, but I will look further if you find it desirable.

Does anything we have said so far strike a chord at all?

dunno if it's astral of OBE. not done any of that before and don't know much of a thing about it.

i know i woke up and wondered if it was sight lucid cause i remember being in the dream and while i was being pulled away thinking 'wtf is happening here.' it just felt like a neutral energy so not bad or good or whatever vortex behind me pulling me somewhere else but not necessarily from my bf and his mate.

i'm just wondering what the **** was his mate doing in the bedroom poking my nose and laughing at me for. i made him xmas dinner ffs when he couldn't go home to greece. no reason to be laughing at me taking a nap.

but in all i think symbolically the dream matches up with a potential situation or event that might be coming up soon in the future.

the second dream the thing that to this day that's sticking out in my mind even now is me thinking 'is that 5 cups or 6 cups stacked on top of each other with the coffee in the top one?' and i think it has a more tarot symbolism because i've recently started looking into tarot. so if 5 it says loss difficulty, i guess that with the spilt coffee has something to do with it. then i look up and see two prams. i'm assuming the universe is telling me to stop shagging so much or just don't get pregnant now. and if it's 6 of cups i just read something about happy memories of the past which would suit the old man i was walking with. who knows maybe my soul was buddies with my friend's granddad's soul :P

or i'm grasping at straws

and i've been dreaming about old people recently and i think it might be linked to (a) someone i know that's old -shes female though - is heading to death. kinda any time now really or (b) I've recently gotten into past lives and i have uranus conjunct neptune in my chart which apparently means that i've got an old soul which had me wondering since i've had old ppl dreams for 3 nights in a row now.. this morning i couldn't help but thinking 'are these old friends?' because it was a kind, loving yet friendly feeling i'm having towards these geezers.
