Topic: my mom gouged my eyes out

So i had this dream the other night that my mom was gouging out my eyes with a spoon i think and there was blood and she didnt care i was screaming and her eyes looked like deep dark pits and she was saying or chanting something while doing it....it was pretty freaking weird. Does anyone know what this could mean?------------------

Please read it as an opinion:
Dug up eyes can point to a menacing loss. A spoon in a dream often points out to the fact that the dreamer must carry the consequences for his behavior. The meditation can refer to a need to turn inwards.
This dream indicates a loss (=eyes) with the feminine side (=mom) and suggest to reflect (=meditation) on it.

thank you! my mom and I are kinda out of touch...we just don't really get along anymore

Hello blindpainter  My thoughts are similar. Are you having any particular issues with your mom? Are you not seeing "eye to eye"? Is there something about her you do not want to see, or something you do not want her to see about yourself? Is something about your relationship with her draining your energy? Is there some kind of ego/personality conflict? (eye=I) Just some things to ponder.  IP: Logged |

You are welcome! In reality not everybody is blessed with a perfect mother or childhood. In those cases it is challenging to find a new definition of the feminine side. I wish you all the best to find your balance!
