Please read it as an opinion:
To see naked children in a dream can mean that the dreamer would like to escape from guilt and clean the conscience. This dream indicates the cleaning of the conscience (=shower, child) and the difficulties (=ashamed, guilty) of it.
You can take that dream as a standalone message as well and talk about it with the person.
