Someone suggested to me that the dream was about me accepting my inner child, but I'm a woman so I don't understand why a little boy and not a little girl.

In the second dream, I ran into a man I recently met in real life (and had strong feelings for). We were in an Irish lesbian karaoke bar, and he was there with his girlfriend. and he was very pregnant! I felt a little bit jealous, but ultimately I felt extremely happy for him because he seemed so happy.

The attention of the dreamer is steered on the feelings of a person if the dreamer sees a belly in the dream consciously.
This dream indicates that the sensible side (=lesbian, girlfriend) of the man is much appreciated (=happy).
