Topic: Rat dream!

I was wondering if anyone had insight? I don't remember dreams often but this one was very clear, I was in a house that I lived in as a teenager and there was black rat. I was really concerned to get him out incase he attacked my cat, she didn't seem that bothered and the rat seemed friendly, almost wanting our company or to play..like a pet rat being one of the family.
I then had a sense of throwing it high, away over the garden wall which makes me feel bad even though it's only a dream but I sensed I threw it while it was alive. .I feel so guilty! Lol Any ideas? A quick search suggests disease or feeling dirty and keeping secrets or feeling like someone is treating me badly...But there's nothing I'm aware of..although the doctors called me today to remind me to make a smear apt so hope that isn't significant!! Hmmm...yes...there are people at work who I love dearly but who are driving me crazy..I want to move on but will find it very difficult to leave. That's been going on a little while though, maybe it's just annoying me more than before. IP: Logged |

Lol..I felt guilty on waking...I'm an animal lover and I threw a live animal! Even though it was in a dream I feel bad. I don't think there's any guilt in general that I'm feeling..the other stuff makes sense I'm just not sure why I'm dreaming about it now when it's been an ongoing issue. It has to be that I'm feeling more pressured about it. Thanks!IP: Logged |

Yes, that's made me think a bit..work really has been my life and I'm close to all of them. I know it'll be time to move on soon but change scares me. I'm obviously starting to get more anxious than I thought. I appreciate the input...thanks
