My bed had ants inside of it. So did my pillow. I was sleeping on them without knowing it and keeping them warm. I looked at my pillow, and I could see them moving around inside. They started coming out of a tiny hole I couldn't see, and a really big one also came out of that tiny hole. I kept thinking that I don't want to kill them. I left, and when I returned, they were gone.

Ants can be associated with social organization, order, diligence, hard work and luck. In the usual everyday life a pillow is a prop and provides with the feeling of well-being.
This dream indicates not try to do everything all at once(=many ants) but to do everything bit by bit(=one ant). Rome has not been built in a day either.
