How do you tell if a dream is a premonition or just a dream? I've had several premonition dreams before. Some happen the next day, some happen years later. And I get déjà vu often. But I still can't tell which ones speak of the future and which ones are just dreams.

I've been dreaming of my step dad often. I don't know why. I live with him and my mom, and he is a significant character in my life, but not one with a heavy emotional impact. He's a very good guy and I love him but I don't know why I'd be dreaming about him so much.

Last night I dreamed very vividly that he was talking (he talks a LOT) and it was all coming out in jibberish. He was struggling to say words but couldn't form them. It was like he knew what he wanted to say but couldn't make the words.

I woke up really worried for his health. The first thing I thought was maybe a stroke, but my papa had a brain tumor and did the same thing in real life.

Does this seem like just a dream or something with more meaning? I've worried for him for a long time anyway. He is very overweight and about 11 years older than my mom anyway.

Hmm. Interesting. Seems like if he had something to say in real life he would come out and say it. In my first dream about him he was bossing me around like he always does and getting in my space. I had this dream the night of the blood moon.
