Hello AllI have been having a series of anxiety dreams. The one I woke from this morning involved me running away from 'bad guys' in a big house, running to the garden and then I found myself hanging off the edge of a cliff that had a black railing and HUGE drop into an ice cold looking ocean...I did not fall.
